Esyasoft, a UAE company tied to royal interests, acquires UK's Good Energy for £99.4 million.

Dubai-based Esyasoft, linked to UAE royals, has agreed to acquire UK renewable energy supplier Good Energy for £99.4 million. Esyasoft will pay 490p per share, up from an initial offer of 412p. Good Energy, with around 275,000 customers, focuses on renewable energy. Esyasoft, a leader in smart grid technology, expects the deal to accelerate Good Energy's growth and purpose in delivering sustainable energy solutions.
