Long Beach police recently rescued three teenage girls from human trafficking. On January 15, a 14-year-old was found soliciting commercial sex work, and on January 20, two more girls, aged 16 and 17, were found with Huston Hughes, 37, who was on parole for pimping. Hughes was arrested for suspected sexual battery, and all girls were placed in protective custody. The police urge anyone with information to contact them.
