Auburn police arrested 27-year-old Katlynn Stump after a citizen tip led them to find over 240 grams of fentanyl, worth about $20,000, in her car near Fairview Elementary School. Stump was charged with Aggravated Trafficking of Scheduled Drugs (class A) and Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs (class C). She is being held at Androscoggin County Jail with a $10,000 cash bail.
