Grady Suggs, 31, arraigned for DUI causing death in a St. Charles crash that killed Amanda Rogers, 32.

Grady Suggs, 31, was arraigned after a car crash in St. Charles on January 19th that killed passenger Amanda Rogers, 32. Suggs fled the scene where his vehicle struck a tree. He was later found and charged with operating under the influence with a high BAC causing death and failing to stop at the scene of an accident resulting in death. Suggs is in custody, with a preliminary court date set for February 12th.
