A fire at 1004 Furlong Avenue in Roscoe, Pennsylvania, on Friday morning caused significant damage to a house and a neighboring funeral home, with no reported injuries. The blaze, which began around 8:30 a.m., spread to an upstairs apartment and caused water damage in the funeral home's chapel and break room. The cause of the fire is unknown, and assistance from multiple fire departments was required to contain it by around 10:30 a.m. The affected funeral home plans to relocate services to other locations.
