Two teenage girls have been arrested in Dublin for a series of thefts where they reportedly coerced victims, including people with disabilities, into making ATM withdrawals and purchases. The suspects, held under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, are being questioned by the Serious Crime Unit.
