Parents of two victims killed in a Southport dance class attack described their "permanent numbness" and "lifetime of grief." Axel Rudakubana, 18, murdered Alice da Silva Aguiar, 9, Bebe King, 6, and Elsie Dot Stancombe, 7, and attempted to murder eight others. Rudakubana was sentenced to at least 52 years in prison.
