Sheffield Wednesday fan Richard Crisp was sentenced to a 12-month community order for posting offensive messages on social media that referenced the 1989 Hillsborough disaster, following the death of a West Brom fan during a match. Crisp, 55, apologized for his actions, which were fueled by depression and alcohol use. He was also ordered to complete 25 rehabilitation days and pay £199 in costs.
