Water company Severn Trent plans to increase shareholder dividends by 2.3% for the 2025/26 financial year, up from 121.71p to 126.02p, citing strong financial performance. This comes as the company can raise customer bills by an average of 47% over five years to fund efforts to reduce spills, pollution, and leakage. Severn Trent also expects a £100 million benefit from regulatory performance incentives.
