Kraft Heinz is upset with Canadian PM Justin Trudeau over his comments suggesting Heinz ketchup could be targeted by trade tariffs. Trudeau mentioned a past instance where French's ketchup, using Canadian tomatoes, replaced Heinz. Kraft Heinz clarified it has been producing ketchup in Canada for over 100 years, except from 2015 to 2020, and now employs over 1,000 workers using Ontario-grown tomatoes.
