Kentucky launches initiative training businesses to spot and report human trafficking.
Kentucky Secretary of State Michael Adams launched "Kentucky Businesses Against Trafficking" to train businesses to recognize and report human trafficking. Partnering with organizations like The Refuge for Women, Adams provides free training and materials. Since 2007, over 2,500 trafficking victims have been identified in Kentucky. Businesses can join the initiative online at sos.ky.gov.
