Woman found shot and in car crash in Rochester; Otis Street closed as police investigate.

A 27-year-old woman from Rochester was found shot and in a car crash on Otis Street around 8 p.m. Wednesday. Initially reported to have life-threatening injuries, she now faces life-altering damage from at least one gunshot wound. Police are investigating, and no suspects have been arrested. Otis Street is closed between Santee and Cameron streets. Witnesses are urged to contact 911.
