Steve Swenson, the CEO of Nashville Public Radio, is set to retire in late spring or early summer, following a nearly six-year tenure where he led the launch of WNXP, a music discovery station, and the news show "This Is Nashville." Under his leadership, WPLN News won Peabody and Edward R. Murrow awards. Swenson previously spent almost four decades at CBS Radio. The organization is now searching for his successor.
