Malaysia aims to regain its title as the world's top rubber producer within a decade, according to Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.
The plan involves replanting 400,000 hectares of rubber trees with high-quality saplings and implementing automated tapping methods.
