Harbour Energy plans to nearly double oil production in 2025 after a major acquisition.

Harbour Energy, a major UK oil and gas producer, plans to boost production to 450,000-475,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day in 2025, up from 258,000 in 2024, following its $11.2bn acquisition of Wintershall Dea. The company reported a significant revenue increase to $6.1 billion in 2024 and expects to distribute $455 million in dividends for 2025. Harbour also announced plans for higher capital expenditure of $2.4bn-$2.6bn in 2025.
