Nigerian traffic authority arrests bus driver leading robbery syndicate that preyed on passengers.

The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) arrested Toyib Ogunjobi, a driver leading a three-man syndicate that robbed passengers on the Costain-Ojota route. The gang offered low fares, stole valuables, and ejected passengers from the moving bus, earning between ₦250,000 and ₦300,000 daily. Seven phones were recovered from Ogunjobi, and LASTMA praised the officers for their swift action, urging citizens to remain vigilant and report suspicious activity.
