The Snohomish County Health Department confirmed two measles exposures at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport on January 10, following a case in an infectious adult traveler. Exposed individuals have been advised to quarantine, with potential exposure between 2:30 pm and 8:00 pm. Those possibly exposed should monitor symptoms between January 17 and 31 and consult their doctor if symptoms arise. The CDC notes that the MMR vaccine, with two doses, is 97% effective against measles.
