Man from Williamsville charged with stealing $5,000 from hurricane relief fund, faces up to seven years in prison.
Timothy D. Berry, a 35-year-old man from Williamsville, was charged with third-degree grand larceny for allegedly stealing over $5,000 from a Hurricane Helene relief fundraiser. The funds were reportedly transferred from the group's PayPal account to Berry's personal bank account. He faces up to seven years in prison if convicted and is due back in court for a felony hearing on February 26.
