Jamaican tech firm Amber Connect is investing $1.6 million to open a 4,000-seat innovation center in Coimbatore, India, by year-end. The company plans to hire 1,000 professionals over two years to expand its operations across India. Amber Connect, which provides vehicle tracking and telematics solutions, aims to hit a domestic revenue of Rs 100 crore and Rs 500 crore globally by 2025. The expansion is part of the company's push into India's growing vehicle and fleet management market.
