FS Bancorp raises dividend to $0.28 per share, despite missing Q3 earnings estimates.
FS Bancorp, Inc., parent company of 1st Security Bank of Washington, has increased its quarterly dividend from $0.27 to $0.28 per share, payable on February 20 to shareholders of record on February 6.
Despite missing Q3 earnings estimates, the company reported a yearly net income of $35 million and a 13.8% increase in tangible book value to $36.02 per share.
The company also grew its total assets to over $3 billion, though consumer loans declined slightly.
