Trade Minister Cheong In-kyo is set to attend the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, from January 23 to 25, to discuss potential shifts in US trade policy under Trump and to address South Korea's political situation following President Yoon Suk Yeol's impeachment and a controversial martial law decree. The forum will include over 350 government and business leaders. Cheong will also meet with officials from the EU, Britain, France, Japan, and the Gulf Cooperation Council.
