RCMP in Mission, BC, retrieve a large stuffed iguana mistakenly reported as a real lizard.
Police in Mission, British Columbia, responded to a report of a 4-foot-long iguana on Lougheed Highway on January 11th.
Equipped with a dog-catching pole and a large crate, officers found the "lizard" to be a realistic-looking stuffed toy.
The Mission RCMP now has the toy in their care and is hoping the owner will come forward to retrieve it.
