Island estate in New Zealand, once visited by Queen Elizabeth II, is up for sale for over $10 million.

An island estate in New Zealand's Bay of Islands, once visited by Queen Elizabeth II, is on the market for $10 million or more. The three-bedroom property, owned since 2009 by Murray, features 360-degree views and a thriving bird population, including nearly extinct white heads. The 2.5-hectare estate, nicknamed "Eagles on Motuarohia," is one of six on the island and is being marketed as "a piece of paradise."
