Former MLB catcher and manager Jeff Torborg died at 83. Known for catching Sandy Koufax's perfect game, Torborg managed the Chicago White Sox, Cleveland Indians, New York Mets, Montreal Expos, and Florida Marlins. He won the 1990 AL Manager of the Year award but never led a team to the postseason. Torborg also played as a catcher for the Dodgers and Angels, retiring with a .214 batting average.
