The OneLife LA event, held at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels, focused on Southern California's recent wildfires, attracting around 1,500 attendees in a more subdued format due to air quality and law enforcement needs. Archbishop José H. Gómez emphasized support for fire victims and various community groups. A Holy Mary statue and gold tabernacle that survived the fires were showcased, along with the Magallon family's story of resilience after losing their home to the Eaton Fire.
