Iran unveils underground missile base in Gulf, amid tensions over incoming Trump presidency.

Iran has unveiled an underground naval missile base in the Gulf, according to state TV, just before the start of President Donald Trump's second term. The move comes amid rising tensions, as Iranian leaders fear Trump may strengthen Israel's ability to attack Iran's nuclear sites and increase sanctions. The base, located 500 meters underground, houses new Taregh-class speedboats capable of launching cruise missiles. Revolutionary Guards chief General Hossein Salami toured the facility, emphasizing Iran's readiness for potential maritime conflicts.
