A 21-year-old man was arrested by South Africa's Hawks for allegedly leaking and selling matric results early to students for R100. The suspect, the owner of Edumarks, was found with an unlicensed shotgun and ammunition during the raid. The leak is believed to have come through a public university, raising concerns about student data security. The Department of Basic Education has joined the investigation with the Hawks.
