Two fishermen were rescued after their boat, the Tanusha, capsized 23 miles southeast of Kodiak, Alaska. A good Samaritan vessel, the Victory, found them in a life raft near the capsized boat. One fisherman suffered hypothermia and a head injury. Both were airlifted to Kodiak by a Coast Guard helicopter and are in stable condition. The boat's distress beacon was crucial in locating them. The cause of the capsizing is under investigation.
