Bumble's CEO resigns, and founder Whitney Wolfe Herd will return to lead the company, as stock rises.
Bumble's CEO Lidiane Jones has resigned for personal reasons, with founder Whitney Wolfe Herd set to return as CEO starting mid-March. Bumble expects its fourth-quarter revenue to exceed previous forecasts, and the company's stock rose nearly 5% in premarket trading. Wolfe Herd will also step down as executive chair, with Ann Mather taking over that role.
