Over 328,000 Samurai Mini Smoke Alarms sold through HSN have been recalled due to potential failure to alert users of a fire. The alarms, model SM1, were sold from July 2020 to November 2024. The Consumer Product Safety Commission found one alarm failed to sound in smoke. Three61, the importer, received eight reports of failures. Affected consumers should contact the company for a free replacement. Keep the recalled alarms installed until a replacement arrives.
