A pro-life group, 40 Days for Life, has filed an IRS complaint accusing a Florida Planned Parenthood chapter of violating its tax-exempt status by providing workspace for the Harris-Walz presidential campaign. The complaint claims that by endorsing political candidates, Planned Parenthood is engaging in activities not allowed for nonprofits. The group provided evidence including photos of campaign staffers inside the Planned Parenthood office.
