According to the research, 78% of Brits feel more motivated daily when a holiday is booked, with happiness lasting up to a month for a quarter of them. Psychologist Honey Langcaster-James notes that the anticipation of a positive experience, like a family vacation, can enhance overall wellbeing, strengthening family bonds and providing a positive focus.
