Wegmans, a popular grocery store chain from New York, plans to open its first store in the Pittsburgh area in Cranberry Township, adjacent to the UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex. The 115,000-square-foot store will feature traditional departments and aims to hire 400 to 500 local employees. No timeline for construction or opening has been set yet.
