Two fatal crashes on Highway 7 in Saskatchewan killed four people and left two injured within a day.
Two fatal accidents on Highway 7 in Saskatchewan, one near Delisle and the other near Laura, occurred within a day on January 12.
The first crash at 8 a.m. involved two SUVs, killing a 73-year-old Wiseton man and a 65-year-old Furdale woman, with the other SUV driver hospitalized.
The second crash at 10:50 p.m. saw an SUV and pickup truck collide, resulting in the death of a 42-year-old man from Alberta and minor injuries to the truck driver.
Both incidents are under investigation by the RCMP with assistance from a collision reconstructionist.
Highway 7 has since reopened.
