Tennessee cities use tech and urge public reports to address winter storm-induced potholes.

Winter storms have led to numerous potholes in Tennessee cities, with Memphis testing an AI system on trucks to detect and report them. Chattanooga has repaved some roads using old bonds and is urging drivers to report potholes by calling 311 for city streets or 833-TDOTFIX for highways. TDOT has also launched an online form for pothole reports. Both cities are working on repairs, using temporary cold mix until summer allows for permanent fixes.
