Mitsubishi Corporation is ending its metal trading business in China following a $90 million loss due to suspected fraud by a copper trader. The company will no longer trade refined metals and mineral resources in China's spot market or provide related services to local firms. Mitsubishi attributed a ¥13.8 billion loss to the incident, which involved a trader based in Shanghai.
