Hackers posted a Jira database containing over 236,000 lines of customer data and 469,000 lines of internal ticketing data on a dark web forum. Using compromised employee accounts, the attackers stole documents and demanded a $125,000 ransom. Telefónica is investigating and has blocked unauthorized access. The breach also exposed over 24,000 employee emails and 5,000 internal documents.
