Fraudulent land sales involving 114 plots near a historic site in India exposed, targeting minority groups.

A land scam involving the fraudulent sale of 114 plots near a historic stepwell in Sambhal's Chandausi town has been exposed. The plots were sold using a fake will, mainly to minority community members. A widow, Gulnaz B, filed a complaint alleging fraud and intimidation, leading to a police investigation. The scam was uncovered alongside encroachments on land belonging to an ASI-protected temple, with efforts now underway to recover the misappropriated land.
