The EU has approved a €148 million aid package for humanitarian relief in Ukraine and Moldova. €140 million will go to Ukraine for food, shelter, water, healthcare, and winter protection in war-torn regions. An additional €8 million is allocated for Moldova to support Ukrainian refugees and host communities. This brings the total EU humanitarian aid to over €1.1 billion since the start of the war.
