Cambodia completes restoration of a 1,000-year-old tower at the Phnom Bakheng temple.

Cambodia's APSARA National Authority (ANA) has finished restoring Tower 15, a 1,000-year-old structure at the Phnom Bakheng temple in the Angkor Archaeological Park. The six-month project stabilized the tower, which had been damaged by age and weather. The temple, built in the late ninth century, is one of several major sites in the UNESCO World Heritage-listed park. ANA plans to restore Tower 14 next.
