Two men are charged after setting off a smoke canister at Toronto's Union Station during a New Year's protest.

Two men, aged 31 and 24, have been charged with mischief after discharging a smoke canister inside Toronto's Union Station during a New Year's Day protest, filling the station with smoke and raising safety concerns. The accused, Ahmad Hassan Hajahmad and Nabil Suheil Jalbout, face one count each of interfering with the lawful use of property. Police are seeking more information about the incident.
