St Asaph, a city in North Wales, tops the list of the UK's most "sober-curious" cities, with 596 average monthly searches per 100,000 people for terms like "alcohol-free" and "Dry January." Truro and Ripon followed with 232 and 181 searches respectively. The research by Alliance Online, analyzing search trends, also found Nottinghamites to be the least interested in sobriety, with only six monthly searches per 100,000 people.
