Julia Michaels and Maren Morris have teamed up for a new song titled "Scissors," released in 2025, about cutting ties with a cheating partner. Michaels said the scissors metaphor represents her being unbothered. The music video, where they play neighbors discovering they're both being cheated on by the same man, was filmed in a house later destroyed by LA wildfires.
