Inmate at Isanti County Jail dies despite CPR and AED use; investigation underway.

An inmate at the Isanti County Jail died on Thursday morning after first responders attempted life-saving measures, including using an AED, around 6:30 a.m. The inmate was transported to Cambridge Medical Center but could not be saved. The Sheriff's Office is investigating the incident, and the Midwest Medical Examiner's Office will determine the cause and manner of death.
