Wildfire in Pacific Palisades forces 30,000 evacuations, threatens thousands of structures.

A large wildfire in Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles, has forced over 30,000 residents to evacuate due to strong Santa Ana winds. The fire, which began on Tuesday, has spread over 1,200 acres and threatens more than 13,000 structures. Governor Gavin Newsom has declared a state of emergency. Southern California Edison has cut power to thousands to prevent additional fires. The winds, expected to reach up to 100 mph, will continue through Wednesday. No injuries have been reported.
