Venezuelan opposition leader Edmundo González, recognized by the US as the true winner of the disputed presidential election, claims his son-in-law, Rafael Tudares, was kidnapped in Caracas while taking González's grandchildren to school. The kidnapping occurred amid increased police presence ahead of President Nicolás Maduro's inauguration.
