Philips Hue introduced an AI-powered lighting assistant at CES 2025, allowing users to create personalized lighting scenes through voice or text commands. The assistant, expected to launch this year, will also support user feedback for improvements. Additionally, Philips Hue Sync TV app, priced at $129.99, now supports LG TVs running webOS 24, offering dynamic light synchronization with TV content. The system can cost over $300 when including the Hue Bridge and lights. Philips Hue also added smoke alarm detection that activates navigational lighting during emergencies.
