The Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport in Mumbai has become the first Indian airport and the third globally to receive the highest accreditation from the Airports Council International for customer experience. This Level 5 accreditation recognizes the airport's dedication to enhancing passenger satisfaction through data-driven strategies and stakeholder collaboration. Managed by Adani Airport Holdings Limited, the airport handled 4.77 million passengers in November 2024 and is expanding its services.
