Dairy exports stayed steady at €6.3 billion, while meat and livestock rose 6% to €4.3 billion. Drink exports jumped 19% to €2.1 billion, with whiskey exports surpassing €1 billion. Exports to the EU and UK increased 4% and 7% respectively, reaching almost €5.9 billion each. North American exports surged 14%, but Asian exports varied. Despite challenges like rising labor costs and geopolitical tensions, the industry maintained growth.
