Two DHS agents in Utah charged with conspiracy to sell seized drugs, faces up to 20 years in prison.
Two Department of Homeland Security agents in Utah, Nicholas Kindle and David Cole, have been charged in federal court with conspiracy to distribute drugs and profiting from government property.
They are accused of stealing "bath salts" from law enforcement evidence and selling them via a confidential informant, earning between $195,000 and $300,000.
Both agents have been suspended.
Cole has pleaded not guilty and faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted.
